Download and install the official tool from CheatEngine.org . Launch Arma Reforger and then open Cheat Engine.

Most community servers (the DarkGru, 75th Rangers, etc.) have active admins and logs. If you use Cheat Engine to give yourself infinite stamina or no recoil, the server logs inconsistencies. You will be banned. Your Steam name will be posted in a "Global Ban List" Discord.
