The global transition to renewable energy requires photovoltaic (PV) systems that surpass current limitations in ramp-up time, low-light efficiency, and degradation rates. This paper introduces and validates —a hybrid perovskite-silicon tandem cell integrated with real-time impedance matching and edge computing. We compare InstaPV against conventional monocrystalline silicon (m-Si) and thin-film (CdTe) systems across five key metrics: instantaneous response to irradiance shifts, partial shading recovery, temperature coefficient, degradation rate, and Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) . Our empirical model demonstrates that InstaPV achieves a 41% lower LCOE and a 300% faster settling time under dynamic cloud cover.
