As a young girl in Bogotá, Colombia, Cataleya Restrepo (played by Zoe Saldana) witnesses the brutal murder of her parents at the hands of a ruthless cartel boss named Don Luis. She escapes and flees to Chicago, where she takes refuge with her uncle Emilio, a professional hitman. As she grows up, Cataleya transforms into a cold, calculating, and highly skilled assassin.
