As Ben tags along with Adam, he gets into various misadventures and learns about the harsh realities of police work. Meanwhile, a local gangster, The Scarecrow (John Leguizamo), escapes from prison and starts causing trouble in the city. Ben and Adam team up to catch the Scarecrow and save the day.
