Inside the extracted folder, look for one of these executable files:
A: You might have a Realtek audio chip or card reader, not a network chip. Double-check the hardware ID in Device Manager > Details > Hardware Ids. Look for VEN_10EC&DEV_8168 (Ethernet) or VEN_10EC&DEV_8136 (Fast Ethernet).
