Go back to the main Settings menu, then to > Developer Options . Enable OEM Unlocking and USB Debugging . Tap on Mi Unlock Status .

Do not relock the bootloader via fastboot oem lock unless you are on stock MIUI. Locking with custom software will brick your device.
